We are now looking for an engaged and structured team leader for our client's operations in Lidingö. Are you a detail-oriented person who thrives in an operational role while also leading others? Then this might be the right opportunity for you.

As a team leader, you will work actively in production, with a focus on picking and handling pharmaceuticals. The work takes place in a controlled environment with high demands on quality, precision, and efficiency.

You will be responsible for tasks such as:

• Picking and packing of pharmaceuticals
• Order management and quality assurance
• Working according to established routines and safety requirements

>In addition to the operational work, you have an important role in:

• Leading and supporting the team in daily work
• Ensuring that routines, quality, and productivity are maintained
• Planning and handling scheduling as needed
• Being a clear point of contact and contributing to good communication within the group
• Introducing, training, and providing ongoing feedback to employees

The work is scheduled during both day and evening shifts, with rotating shifts every other week:

• 08:00–16:45
• 10:00–18:45

Temporary employment with the possibility of permanent hire.

• Is detail-oriented, responsible, and structured
• Thrives with repetitive tasks and a fast-paced work environment
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has a driver's license and access to a car
• Can start work from 08:00

It is an advantage if you have previous experience in:

• Warehouse work or picking/packing
• Pharmaceutical handling
• Leadership or team leading
