Our client is looking for a structured administrator for an important assignment. You will take on a central role with varied tasks within office and administration – a key person who contributes to a smooth and efficient operation.
About the role
We are looking for an administrator who wants to support our client's team with a focus on administration, order management, and documentation. The role is varied and involves both independent responsibility and close collaboration with coordinators and other administrators.
Here you will have the opportunity to join a group consisting of a mix of experienced employees and newer colleagues, where everyone works together to create structure and a functioning daily flow. The work is broad, ranging from following up on orders to documenting and receiving error reports. The emphasis is on being meticulous, proactive, and structured.
This is a consulting assignment initially extending until the end of September.

Responsibilities
- Administer and follow up on orders, including handling older orders.
- Follow up on error reports.
- Close and compile ongoing processes in a project nearing completion.
- Work with documentation and contribute to structure in administrative processes.
- Handle administration and ensure that processes function correctly and efficiently.
We are looking for someone who
- Has previous experience in an administrative role, such as coordinator or administrator.
- Is self-reliant and confident in taking independent responsibility, while also being team-oriented.
- Has good computer skills and the ability to quickly get up to speed with new systems and processes.
- Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, with strong communication skills.
It is an advantage if you have
- Previous experience with order management.
- Experience working in SAP.
