Oral Care Home Dental Care in the Mid Region is now looking for a dental nurse. We are looking for a passionate and committed person who wants to be part of our dedicated team. Are you the one we are looking for?
A stable organization
Oral Care is one of the largest private healthcare providers within dentistry, with over 35 years of industry experience. We have over 750 dedicated employees and offer general dental care as well as mobile dental care for patients at home. Our 24 clinics are located from Umeå to Malmö, as well as in Norway and the Netherlands. Our four core values permeate everything we do and form the basis of our relationship-building culture.
As Sweden's largest mobile dental care company, we are a stable organization with collective agreements, dental experts, and research collaborations.
Our offices for the mobile operations are located in Stockholm, Malmö, Gothenburg, and Linköping.
About the position
We are now looking for a dental nurse who enjoys a flexible work environment where we treat patients in their own homes or at nursing homes.
Home dental care means that a dental team, consisting of a dental nurse and a dentist, visits the patient in their home environment, instead of the patient having to travel to a fixed clinic for treatment. We bring all the equipment needed for the treatment, and for many, it is a great comfort to avoid traveling to another place to receive dental care.
One of our employees in Home Dental Care shares what makes her thrive at Oral Care: "What makes me thrive at Oral Care is that I truly make a difference for our patients. Furthermore, the advantage of home dental care is that I have flexible days, move around a lot, and visit different places I would never have discovered otherwise. I also get along very well with my colleagues."
A typical day as a dental nurse with us usually starts at the office where you prepare for the day. This involves packing the necessary equipment, reviewing patient records, and planning the route for the day. After this, you and the dentist head out, for example to a nursing home, where you assist the dentist in performing necessary dental care.
After treatments are completed, you return to the office for sterilization, equipment checks, administration, and planning for the following day.
At Oral Care, we value flexibility, so we expect you to be able to work with different dentists as needed.
We welcome you to a team with good collaboration, where we strive to always support each other and take joint responsibility for both our work and our shared work environment.
The position is 100% and starts according to agreement.
Oral Care offers our future colleague:
- A secure employment with collective agreement
- The opportunity to be part of the company's expanding journey and spread industry expertise across the country
- The possibility to be part of a flexible company with short decision-making paths
- Good opportunities for professional development
- A broad collegial network in a larger company that still maintains a high sense of family, where we take time to have fun together through events like Oral Care Days and after-work gatherings
- The opportunity to work at a larger private company with a focus on quality and with stable, continuously developing experience in the dental industry
- An exciting job with a mobile workplace, where no day is like the other
- Health and wellness benefits
To thrive with us, we see that you as an applicant:
- Have a dental nurse education
- Have broad social skills, distinguishing yourself through your ability to create, maintain, and sustain good relationships
- Are passionate about making a difference in both the patient's and your colleagues' daily lives, providing exceptional customer service
- Are solution-oriented and flexible
- Have patience and inspire confidence in the patient
- Enjoy working with the elderly
- Are confident in yourself and your role
- Can express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish
- Have good knowledge of infection control and basic hygiene routines
- Previous experience with Opus is an advantage
- A driver's license (Category B) is required
Take the chance to become an Oral Care employee yourself by sending in your CV and a description of yourself now, as selection is ongoing.
We look forward to meeting you!
