About the Role
In the role of ISS (Internal Sales Specialist), you will become a key player in one of our business units. You have in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio, processes, and vendor pricing, and are responsible for the entire business – from quote to close.
Here you will work closely with vendors, resellers, and internal specialists, with significant autonomy and clear goals.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Drive sales through proactive customer contact and planned outbound calls
- Build and develop strong relationships with customers, vendors, and key contacts
- Manage the entire quoting process and ensure fast, accurate business closures
- Create and actively drive a business pipeline in our CRM system
- Identify business and project opportunities and collaborate with BDMs and specialists
- Work towards set goals for revenue, margin, and customer engagement
- Ensure high service levels and that our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with customers are met
- Responsible for handling and following up on backorders
Who are you?
We believe you are a relationship builder who thrives on sales, phone contact, and a fast pace. You are business-driven, structured, and motivated by clear goals.
We look for you to have:
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Good understanding of the sales process
- Strong communication skills and ability to get your message across
- A liking for phone conversations
- Good numerical skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and plan your work
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM, quoting, or order systems
- Knowledge of the IT industry or product sales
- Previous work with technical products or solutions
Practical Information
- Employment Type: Fixed-term contract for 6 months, with possibility of extension
- Location: Solna, Frösunda
- Work Model: Hybrid
