Installationspartner i Sverige, IPIS, is a young company growing at record speed. During our first three years, we helped over 60,000 customers across Sweden, and since October 2024, we have been part of the new group ''Tom'' together with Offerta AB. This means an even stronger market position and a broader offering to our customers. We are now looking for you who want to help build on our successful concept and be an important part of our continued journey!

About the role:

You will become part of our existing sales team where you will receive ongoing support and training. You will have the first contact with our customers and book various types of installations with our contract partners. The phone is your most important work tool, but you will also handle emails and other types of incoming customer inquiries. With us, you will learn a lot about our different operations and how the industry works in general. The work is varied but mainly involves coordinating, selling our solutions, and providing our customers with professional service, support, and advice through incoming calls and emails.

Who are you?

- Is fluent in spoken and written Swedish and preferably English

You will work together with our sales team of about 15 people and receive training and education in our products. To thrive in this role with us, we are looking for someone who is social, communicative, and enjoys learning new things. No previous experience is required; we are looking for the right person for our team, but experience working at a fast pace is a plus. We value your personality!
