We are looking for summer substitutes for the role of Counterbalance Forklift Driver for assignments in Varberg and the surrounding area. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a production-oriented environment where safety and precision are central. The assignment is a summer job and suits you who want practical experience in warehouse and material handling.

As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, you are responsible for safe and efficient material handling in the warehouse and production. The tasks include load securing, picking and packing, loading and unloading trucks, as well as internal transport of goods. You collaborate closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure smooth flows and deliveries.

The work is full-time during the summer, and working hours may vary depending on the client and shift pattern. The work is performed mostly outdoors.

• Drive a counterbalance forklift for internal handling and loading.
• Ensure correct handling, stacking, and storage of goods.
• Perform quality and safety checks on goods and loads.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Report deviations and follow the workplace's safety routines.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, precise, and enjoys practical tasks. You have good teamwork skills and can work both independently and in a team. A strong safety mindset is important for thriving in this role.

• A valid forklift license for counterbalance forklifts is required.
• Category B driver's license is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or production environment.
• Experience with loading/unloading trucks.
• Familiarity with occupational health and safety routines in an industrial environment.
