Payroll Consultant for Skellefteå Office

We are now looking for you who want to work as a payroll consultant with some of our exciting client companies.

Your Responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to help our clients manage their payroll functions according to the client's conditions and needs. You will be responsible for the client's payroll process, from collecting data to final payroll payments and reporting to authorities. You will handle payrolls for different types of companies, both Swedish and international. The role also includes handling reporting to authorities, Fora, etc. Some advisory services are included, such as acting as a sounding board for the client's payroll and personnel issues. The clients will be both local and international. We work largely with a digital approach.

Depending on your background and experience, there may also be opportunities for other tasks according to your wishes.

Qualifications

• We are looking for you with experience of payroll work and experience of different payroll agreements.
• We would like you to have experience of labor law issues.
• We would like you to have post-secondary education in payroll administration, HR, or equivalent work experience.
• We are looking for you who can and dare to take personal responsibility and are used to working independently.
• We prefer that you speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
• We value a solution-oriented and business-like approach, and would like you to be outgoing, engaged, and curious about developing in your role.
• The role involves many contacts with both customers and colleagues, which places high demands on good communication skills and a professional attitude.
