We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join a fast-growing company within growth and digital marketing. You will play a central role in the sales organization, focusing on creating new business opportunities.

The company helps businesses accelerate their growth through services including SEO, SEM, and Paid Ads, and is currently in a strong expansion phase.

• Prospecting and contacting new customers

• Scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team

• Engaging in dialogue with decision-makers

• Working systematically in the CRM

• Following up on leads and driving the pipeline forward

• Maintain a high activity level in outbound activities (phone + digital)

• Deliver qualified meetings according to set KPIs

• Ensure structure in CRM and follow-ups

• Contribute to increased pipeline and business growth

• At least 1 year of sales experience (B2B or B2C)

• Experience in outbound sales

• Comfortable using the phone as a work tool

• Good command of Swedish in speech and writing

• Structured and disciplined in your approach to work

• B2B experience

• Documented top performance within B2C

• Sports background or other competitive experience

• Goal-oriented and results-driven

• Resilient with high energy levels

• Structured and detail-oriented

• Strong communication skills
