About the role

As a Cashier Supervisor, you are part of a team responsible for driving and developing the store's front line – the checkout and the forecourt/pre-shop area. This is where the customer experience begins and ends, making the role both important and developmental.

You have operational responsibility for daily operations, where you lead, support, and develop the team. The role is characterized by presence in the business, structure in working methods, and a strong focus on quality and service.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and distribute daily work in the checkout and pre-shop area
• Support, coach, and develop employees in their daily work
• Responsible for staffing planning and scheduling
• Ensure structure, routines, and high quality at the checkout line
• Act as a sounding board and role model for the team
• Contribute to the development of working methods and collaboration
• Handle administrative tasks related to operations and staffing

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Experience in store leadership, preferably in grocery retail
• Experience in cashier work in grocery retail
• Experience leading teams and working with staffing planning
• Good administrative skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits:

• Experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of store systems (e.g., AoB, Min Butik, or similar)
• Experience with ATG and Svenska Spel

About the employment

• Scope: Part-time, approx. 28 hours/week
• Working hours: Varying schedule with day, evening, and weekend shifts (shifts between approx. 06:00–22:15)
• Employment type: Probationary employment with the possibility of permanent employment
• Start: According to agreement
• Salary: According to agreement
