Carla is accelerating the transition to sustainable mobility by offering the easiest, safest, and most customer-friendly way to buy and sell electric vehicles online. In just a few years, we have become Sweden's second-largest player in the used EV market, with the goal of reaching 2 billion SEK in revenue by 2026 – while maintaining profitability and continuing to have the happiest customers in the industry.

Vehicle sourcing from both private individuals and global partners (leasing and finance companies, OEMs).
Transportation across Sweden, carried out by our own driver team.
An own production facility in Kungsängen, where 60+ specialists prepare cars to top condition – from reconditioning to high-voltage technology.
Sales via Carla.se, where 30% of customers buy directly online or through our sales team.

About the Role
Carla is currently looking for sales professionals who love exceeding their targets and are passionate about customer satisfaction. As a Sales Representative at Carla, you will help our customers find the right electric vehicle through channels such as phone, chat, and email, as well as some proactive outbound sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively process incoming sales calls from both B2C and B2B customers, and proactively contact new customers to help them find the right EV for their needs.
Ensure customers receive a fast and high-quality experience throughout the entire sales process.
Drive upselling opportunities such as vehicle financing, trade-ins, and extended warranties.
Remove barriers for customers to complete their purchases, thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Actively document and follow up on leads, orders, and deliveries.
Stay up-to-date on the vehicles we offer, including specifications and associated services.
Who Are You?
You are energetic, engaged, social, and structured. You are driven by results and long-term customer satisfaction. You have the ability to quickly understand and adapt to customer needs while delivering a smooth, high-quality, and frictionless buying experience.
We are looking for someone who:
Has a few years of experience in the automotive industry or a genuine interest in vehicles.
Has experience in qualified B2C sales, preferably over the phone.
Has a proven track record: You have a history of strong sales results and can close deals with confidence.
Has strong communication skills: You are a master of communication both verbally and in writing in Swedish.
Is driven and goal-oriented: You love working at a fast pace, have a strong work ethic, and ensure your targets are met.

Working Hours:
Full-time position involving evening shifts (12:00–20:00) and weekends (10:00–18:00). Weekend and evening shifts can be worked from home. Extra pay and compensatory time off are provided for weekend shifts.
