We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant for our client in Bromma, Stockholm. They are a multinational company with strong future visions and good opportunities for development.

Responsibilities

Your main task will be to work with customer service and order management, primarily targeting B2B customers but also private individuals. You will receive incoming calls and answer customer questions and inquiries via phone and email. Your role also includes administrative work.

Qualities

To fit into this role, it is important that you have a strong service orientation, are solution-oriented, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You should also be stress-resistant and have a good ability to listen to and understand customer needs.

Requirements

Good knowledge of Danish in speech and writing
Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
Good computer skills
Previous experience from customer service and order management
System savvy and experience with SAP
