About the role
This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting until the end of September 2026, with an immediate start. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Miljövision.
About the company
Miljövision is an established service company within environmental and water/sewage services, delivering sludge suction, high-pressure jetting, and related services since 1996. The company primarily works with contractual clients within municipalities, the state, and larger organizations, but also performs assignments for housing associations and private individuals. The operations are socially important and characterized by high demands for quality, safety, and delivery capability. Today, Miljövision has around 40 employees and continues to grow in line with new assignments and contracts, with a strong focus on responsibility, collaboration, and continuous competence development.
Responsibilities
As a Transport Manager, you are the hub between drivers, customers, and colleagues. You are responsible for planning and directing assignments, handling changes during the day, and ensuring that work flows smoothly even when conditions change. The role involves extensive phone contact, coordination, and administrative follow-up. The role may also involve some on-call duty during the summer.
You will be responsible for, among other things:
- Planning and coordinating assignments for several vehicles and teams
- Maintaining ongoing contact with drivers and customers via phone
- Working in customers' systems for planning and reporting
- Following up on completed assignments and handling deviations
- Collaborating with the transport management team to ensure delivery
Education, experience, and personal qualities
- Very good administrative skills and high system proficiency
- Experience in transport management, traffic control, or dispatch is advantageous
- Education in logistics, transport, or equivalent is advantageous
- Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing
- Experience working in planning systems and customer-driven flows is advantageous
