We are looking for
We are looking for you who are a registered nurse and have good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing. It is an advantage if you have a specialist nurse education in psychiatric nursing as well as training in conversation techniques, such as MI or CBT. Experience of psychiatric outpatient or inpatient care, as well as experience of basic investigations and handling of own care requests, is also valuable.

This is what you will work with
We are now looking for a nurse for the clinic at the local psychiatry in Boden. As a nurse, you have a central role in working with the patients. Your role involves contact with patients, care neighbors and all employees. The work is stimulating and varied with varying tasks such as TeleQ, 1177, rounds, collaboration with other actors and meeting patients for PVB-private care requests.
All work in psychiatric outpatient care is based on joint team decisions where you as a nurse work independently and lead the nursing work. You make assessments, identify risks, make priorities, follow up and implement adequate measures and feed these back to the team. Person-centered care and a holistic view are important starting points in our work. Together with your colleagues, you are expected to be involved in the development of nursing work and operations. At the clinic, specialist doctors, specialist nurses, nurses, psychotherapists, social workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, care assistants, psychologists and administrative staff work.

Information about the position
The position is a permanent full-time position, daytime Monday-Friday.
Based on the nature of the business and security requirements, applicants to our business must be prepared to submit an extract from the criminal record.
Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement.
