We are now looking for a driven and curious tire technician for our workshop. We believe that you, as a candidate, are technically skilled, communicative, and proud of your profession. When working as a tire technician with us, you should have a good business sense and understand the importance of putting the customer and service first. You will work closely with customers and therefore need the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

As a tire technician, you will work with mounting new tires, repairing punctures, and changing summer/winter tires and wheels. The role also includes balancing tires and adjusting wheel alignments. Providing advice and information about tires, rims, and other products is a key part of the job.

Requirements for the role:

• A burning interest in technology and automotive mechanics
• Good knowledge of inventory management
• Documented experience working as a tire technician or in a similar role
• High attention to quality
• Strong communication skills and fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written)
• Excellent customer service skills

You are flexible and structured in your work, while also being responsible and seeing challenges as a natural step in your career. You are socially outgoing, have good teamwork skills, and can work under time pressure. You quickly adapt to new instructions, and we expect you to have a strong interest in cars and a sense for service. A valid Class B driver's license is required.

This is a full-time position. We offer a six-month probationary period, followed by a permanent contract and individual salary setting. Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis. The position may be filled before the application deadline.
