We are growing and now we are looking for assistant nurses who wish to work daytime hours, 37 hours per week, with us in Ekerö.
Here, we are a team of 50 employees, one unit manager, and one deputy unit manager, who do their best every day for our clients.
📍 Our office is located near good transport links, close to Ekerö center and the Slagsta ferry.
🕒 Working hours: approx. 07:00–15:30
📌 Position: Full-time, permanent (6-month probationary period)
AdeoCare in Ekerö strives for high continuity among our clients and works to ensure that our regular staff have consistent schedules when working. We have excellent results in our annual user survey, achieving 98% total customer satisfaction and 100% in attitude/service. We organize several social activities for our clients and our staff.
Our unit is also Star-Rated. This means that our employees have completed dementia education through the Swedish Dementia Center. Our team also includes several specialist assistant nurses and a Silvia Nurse who supports colleagues with challenges that may arise. We also have quality supervisors who support training sessions and ensure quality for both staff and clients.
What does the job involve?You visit our clients at home and provide support in their daily lives. The tasks are varied and include, among other things:
- care and hygiene
- cleaning
- shopping
- laundry
- meal preparation
- walks
- escorting
- relief work
The job also includes documentation according to current legal requirements.
Who are we looking for?We are looking for you who:
- are trained as an assistant nurse
- have at least a couple of years of experience from elderly care, preferably from home care
- have good knowledge of Swedish
- can document on a computer
- A driver's license is a merit

- service-oriented and attentive to the client's individual needs
- confident working both independently and in a team
- proactive and responsible
