About the role
As Service Lead, you are a key figure in daily service operations. You are responsible for ensuring that the Swedish service team works in a coordinated, efficient, and customer-focused manner – even when the Service Manager is traveling or engaged in other strategic responsibilities. By combining technical understanding with team leadership, you contribute to securing service quality, operational stability, and continuous improvements. You are the natural point of contact for daily prioritization, follow-up, and execution.

Responsibilities
As Service Lead, you will lead and coordinate a team of technicians, be responsible for the daily operation of their service activities, and ensure high quality and efficiency through structured follow-up and continuous improvements.
- Lead and support the daily work of the SWE Service team
- Coordinate daily activities, priorities, and resource planning
- Drive operational performance by monitoring and following up on KPIs
- Act as the primary point of contact for service departments in the absence of the Service Manager
- Promote structured working methods, routines, and continuous improvements
- Ensure compliance with service processes, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Collaborate closely with the Service Manager and internal stakeholders
We are looking for someone who has
- Strong leadership and coordination skills in an operational environment
- Ability to work in a structured manner and follow up on performance metrics (KPIs)
- Experience from a service, maintenance, or technical support organization
- Experience in a supervisory or informal leadership role
- Technical understanding
- Valid driver's license
It is an advantage if you have
- Good knowledge of Swedish, as the language is used in daily work
- Experience working with occupational health and safety issues
- Ability to communicate clearly and trustworthily
