This is a 6-month consulting assignment. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at our client's company. There are good opportunities for extension or direct hire.

💼 Responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible for booking transports. The work is carried out via email and phone. You handle bookings by registering and confirming them in the company's systems and administrative solutions, while ensuring everything is managed correctly and efficiently. An important part of the job is answering customer questions regarding delivery times and transport-related matters. You also have regular contact with internal colleagues to coordinate and optimize the booking flow.

This position is suitable for you who thrive in a fast-paced administrative role, have a sharp eye for detail, and want to contribute to a smooth and structured transport process for the company's customers.

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in speech and writing
• Service experience, e.g., from customer service
• Advantageous with experience in a similar role/interest within the logistics industry
