Kylslaget has been working with air-to-air heat pumps since 2007 and is today an established player in climate-smart solutions for private individuals and businesses. We are in an expansion phase and are now looking for an engaged and driven service technician who wants to help develop our customer experience.

As a service technician at Kylslaget, you will become a key person in our team. Your responsibilities include:

• Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing air-to-air heat pumps for our customers
• Working independently in the field, with the security of always having a team supporting you
• Solving problems directly on-site and ensuring the best possible customer experience
• Handling a fast pace and being flexible for a few trips with overnight stays each month

The position is primarily based in Kungsbacka near Gothenburg, as we have our warehouse there. The role also involves travel to other cities. The employment is a permanent position starting with a six-month probation period. Working hours are full-time, daytime Monday to Friday, and the salary is a fixed monthly salary according to agreement.

We are looking for someone who is practical and has experience from trades or similar fields. To succeed in the role, you need to be self-reliant, solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We would like you to:

• Have trade experience and enjoy working practically
• Be driven, responsible, and accustomed to working independently
• Have a strong sense of service and understand the importance of creating satisfied customers
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
