Do you want to be part of creating the day's most important meal in a vibrant hotel environment where quality, pace, and guest experience are at the center? Then you could be our new Breakfast Chef.

At Holiday Club Åre, every day in the kitchen begins with energy, structure, and teamwork. Breakfast is a central part of the guest experience – here we welcome everyone from families on mountain holidays to conference guests and international visitors. In addition to breakfast, you will also work with conference groups, serving coffee breaks and snacks.

Your role is to ensure that all our guests get a tasty, welcoming, and efficient start to their day – whether it involves the breakfast buffet or conference service.

About the Role
As the Breakfast Chef, you are responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting the breakfast buffet together with your team. You work at a fast but structured pace where quality, hygiene, and attention to detail are crucial.

You are an important part of the kitchen team and collaborate closely with both the kitchen and service staff to ensure a smooth and professional morning service.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience as a chef, preferably from breakfast or hotel operations
  • Has experience working with conference groups
  • Thrives in early mornings and has a structured work approach
  • Is meticulous, efficient, and enjoys order and organization
  • Is a team player who contributes to a positive work environment
  • Has an interest in food, ingredients, and presentation
