About Frösö Park Hotel
Welcome to Östersund and Frösön, just 3 minutes from Åre/Östersund Airport with a charming view of the mountain world. At Frösö Park Hotel, you can meet, eat, sleep, train, relax, enjoy, and work, year-round.

About the Position
The reception is the hotel's pulsating heart; it is the first thing our guests encounter. We are now looking for you who want to be our face to the outside world and create magical encounters with our guests. We are looking for you who want to work in a team with high tempo and engagement, flexibility, and where no day is ever like the other!

Your Qualifications:

• You have a warm and considerate personality
• You enjoy chatting with both adults and children, and making someone's day a little better with small means
• You see the big picture in the small details, have a sense for detail, and can make quick decisions when needed
• You understand that sales = service and together we achieve our set goals
• You are independent and flexible and enjoy a high tempo
• You have good computer skills or are eager to learn them

Experience and Skills

• We prefer that you have experience from the restaurant or hotel industry
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• System knowledge, preferably hotel booking systems
• Education within service is a merit
• To handle the job, you must be structured in your work and able to handle stressful situations
• You should be proficient in both English and Swedish
