ChopChop is coming to Östersund in Autumn 2026, and we are now looking for our new star 🤩 – A passionate and driven Restaurant Manager who wants to be part of this fantastic and exciting journey from the very start.

Join us at ChopChop in launching a new restaurant, with all the responsibilities and rewards that entails. Lead an entirely new team and together create fantastic guest experiences while helping to develop one of Sweden's most expanding fast-food concepts – ChopChop!

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar leadership position, preferably as a Restaurant Manager, Store Manager, or equivalent. You have worked within the restaurant or retail industry and are accustomed to a fast-paced environment, customer focus, and working towards clear goals. This experience has given you the confidence to make quick decisions, motivate your team, and deliver high performance – every day.

About the role

As Restaurant Manager, you have overall responsibility for the entire restaurant's operations. You lead and inspire your team in daily operations, create a positive work environment, and ensure that both guests and employees are met with energy, quality, and professionalism. Using clear goals, structure, and strong leadership, you drive the restaurant forward – both operationally and strategically.

You have full responsibility for personnel, results, work environment, service, and sales – with support from an engaged support team.

• Lead and develop your team to perform at their best – every day

• Set and follow up on goals related to sales, service, and quality

• Be responsible for scheduling, staffing, and personnel development

• Ensure guests receive an experience that lives up to our keywords: Good. Fast. Simple.

• Work actively with routines, hygiene, maintenance, and regulatory compliance. Contribute to local marketing and serve as a strong face for ChopChop.

About you

You are a confident and inspiring leader who enjoys seeing people grow. You have experience leading teams – preferably within the restaurant or service industry – and thrive in a role where you take responsibility, make decisions, and drive results. You are structured, solution-oriented, and motivated by clear goals. Service is in your DNA, and you have a sharp eye for detail without losing sight of the big picture.
