As Welcome Office Manager, you report directly to our Operation Manager and become a key player in the hotel's department manager group. You will have a central role where you:

• Create magic: Through your team, you ensure that every guest receives an unforgettable experience, from check-in to check-out.
• Are an active part of operations: You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and participate in daily work, ready to support your team in all tasks. Weekend work and shift times are a natural part of the role.
• Drive results: You work actively with target management, forecasts, and have clear result responsibility for your department. You inspire your team to understand daily how they contribute to our success.
• Develop talents: You have personnel responsibility for receptionists and night staff, which includes scheduling, training, education, development conversations, and payroll reporting.
• Build the team: You lead new recruitments within your department to find tomorrow's stars.
• Set the standard: You develop and ensure that routines for the department are followed, for smooth and efficient operations.
• Follow the guest's voice: You are responsible for continuously monitoring guest satisfaction in systems such as Loopon and Tripadvisor, and acting quickly for feedback and compensation when necessary.
• Are a safe point: Acting duties may occur as needed.
