Join us in creating Sweden's best dental care! 💙
At Smile, you have the opportunity to help create Sweden's best dental care. Here, your thoughts and ideas are heard – within the team, at the clinic, and across Smile as a whole. We offer a healthy and secure work environment where every employee has the opportunity to grow. We focus on quality and patient needs through education and personal development. With our flat hierarchy and strong team spirit, you will feel heard, appreciated, and involved. At Smile, we are building a sustainable future where every employee contributes to our shared success – we know we are best together!
To Smile's clinic Smile Globen (formerly Stora Gungan), we are now looking for a Dental Hygienist. Here you will become part of a large clinic with approximately 23 highly competent employees. We welcome your application!
Who is Smile?
- 🌎 Sweden's largest private dental chain – it is important to us to be accessible to our patients across the country, not limiting ourselves to either small towns or big cities.
- 👨⚕️ Over 65 clinics and 1,100 employees. Here you become part of a large network, and our breadth offers great opportunities for both education and personal development.
- 💙 Collaboration, Care & Entrepreneurship – our core values.
- 😃 Our vision – healthy smiles across Sweden! Smile aims to promote healthy patients nationwide and create warm smiles among our employees through our unique culture.
- 🙌 Together with our sister organizations within Colosseum Dental Group, we provide dental care for more than 3 million patients in 11 countries in Europe.
Working as a Dental Hygienist at Smile Dental Care
Preventive dental care is a natural part of our offering – and as a Dental Hygienist, you play a key role in this work. You handle all standard tasks within the profession and contribute to our patients receiving the best possible care and experience.
In this role, you will initially work extensively with periodontal patients, which requires competence in periodontal treatment, follow-up, and patient communication. The patient base consists of adults, as we do not treat child patients at this clinic.
Here, you have great trust and freedom in your role. You are responsible for your own schedule, giving you a flexible and well-balanced workday. This in turn creates good conditions for high quality in treatments, satisfied patients, and a successful operation.
At the clinic, we hold regular clinic and therapy meetings where you have the opportunity for joint discussion and reflection. As a Dental Hygienist, you work independently in your own room, but in close collaboration with other dental hygienists and colleagues. Together, you create a work environment with ample room for influence and development.
At Smile, we work with Frenda.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you who, just like us, are passionate about providing every patient with the best possible care – where high dental quality goes hand in hand with a secure, professional, and personal approach. For us, good patient communication is central to everything we do; in how you build trust, explain treatments, and involve the patient throughout the entire care journey.
At Smile, we are a team – and we are at our best together. Therefore, we value that you are collaborative, flat-hierarchy oriented, and contribute to a positive culture where we support each other and develop the entire clinic forward.
In addition to the competencies mentioned above, we look for someone who:
- Is a licensed Dental Hygienist.
- Has previous experience working as a Dental Hygienist and is confident in your professional role, both in clinical work and in patient interaction.
- Has good ability to plan and carry out treatments independently and to adapt your communication based on the patient's needs.
- Speaks and writes good Swedish.
Employment type and start date
We offer a permanent position on a full-time or part-time basis according to your preferences (75 - 100%). The position begins with a probationary period. In this process, we work with continuous selection and appointment, which means the position may be filled before the final application date – so please send your application today.
