Your challenges We expect you as a Spare Parts Specialist to be passionate about 100% service, customer-oriented, proactive, and have good knowledge of how a car works. You will work with warehouse management and deliver our goods with an express vehicle. Sales and order processing via web and phone will also be part of your tasks.

You should want and be able to engage in the meeting with the customer and have the ability to give our customers that little extra that makes them come back to us! You are a valued team player who finds it easy to work in a team and contribute to the whole. Taking responsibility for your work and your own performance is a prerequisite for working at MECA.

Main responsibilities:

• Actively work with sales and order receipt
• Maintain good order and organize goods and products
• Drive and deliver goods with a delivery van
• Help the customer with simple assembly
• Ensure that deliveries and returns from the customer are received at the warehouse and handled correctly

Your profile:

• Vocational education in vehicle technology or equivalent
• Good vehicle knowledge is preferred, experience from a workshop is very meritorious
• Engaged, responsible, and service- and customer-focused
• Positive attitude and solution-oriented
• Good social skills to express yourself both verbally and in writing in Swedish
• Work experience from a similar industry is meritorious
• Computer literacy
• Category B driver's license

Scope of the position

• Permanent, we apply a 6-month probation period
• Part-time 80%
• Salary according to collective agreement
• Location: Jönköping
• Start: According to agreement
