Qualifications and Job Description

You will work in a well-organized clinic with digitalized workflows. As a person, you are passionate about your profession. You want to develop and grow with us. You are service-minded, can juggle multiple tasks, thrive with varied responsibilities, and treat everyone pleasantly. You are solution-oriented. Your work involves reception and administration, and you are responsible for the daily operations of the clinic, reporting to the Clinic Manager.

• As a receptionist/administrative responsible person, you play a key role, ensuring that everything runs smoothly regarding the clinic's operations and that patients feel safe and welcome.
• You preferably have a dental nurse degree, experience in the dental nursing profession, or other professional knowledge within dentistry.
• Experience with the Opus medical record system is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Experience with Libretto and Symfoni is an advantage but not a requirement.
• You find joy in interacting with and helping others – you are service-oriented.
• An employee who enjoys telephone contact.
• A person with an eye for order and detail.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Other languages are an advantage but not a requirement.

Employment Conditions
