About Us

Nordisk Hemservice is a family-owned business established in 2002. The company was founded by sisters Maria Irebro and Marie-Louise Bergqvist. Today, we have approximately 150 employees working in Danderyd, Östermalm, and Södermalm.

Nordisk Hemservice has a contract with the City of Stockholm. In our work, we follow established routines and guidelines along with continuous quality controls.

We are now looking for more assistant nurses who want to join our team in Danderyd, near Mörby Centrum!

Qualifications

• Experience in service roles
• Good proficiency in Swedish (both spoken and written)
• Experience in nursing/care
• Education in healthcare and social services
• Good physical fitness, as the role involves a lot of walking and lifting heavy objects

Merits

• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Job Responsibilities

Working within home care means you work independently with great responsibility. At the same time, you are part of our team and have daily contact with our customers and their relatives. Your tasks include planning and performing care work in customers' homes, such as:

• Personal care (assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, and dressing).
• Services (cooking, grocery shopping, cleaning, and laundry).
• Accompaniment (accompanying the customer to activities outside the home).

After each visit, you will perform thorough documentation and time registration via a mobile application. You travel between customers on foot, by bicycle, or by car.

Customer visits take place between 07:00–22:00, year-round. We appreciate flexibility and the ability to work both day and evening shifts, as well as weekends. We are looking for individuals who can work approximately 87.5 %.
