About the Role
We are looking for seasonal tanker truck drivers for Spendrups in Grängesberg for the summer period. As a tanker truck driver, you are responsible for the safe and punctual transport of liquid beverage products to our customers and between our facilities. The role offers a varied workday with a focus on safety, quality, and strict handling procedures. You will become part of an engaged team and work in a modern environment with clear routines and support from management.
Your Profile
We are looking for you who hold a valid CE driving license and have experience in professional driving, preferably with experience in tanker trucks or similar special vehicles. You are responsible, service-minded, detail-oriented, and have a strong safety mindset in all tasks. A CE driving license and Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) for goods transport are required. Experience with ADR or other training for handling liquid goods is advantageous. You must communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as customer contact and documentation are part of the role.
Working Hours
The position is full-time and seasonal from May to the end of August. Working hours vary and are scheduled on weekdays, starting early in the morning and finishing in the afternoon depending on the route and delivery needs. Overtime and some flexibility may occur during the peak season.
Working Hours: 07:00–18:00, 4 days/week
Overnight stays in the truck: 2–3 days/week for longer deliveries
Employment Period: May–August
Peak season in summer – weekend work may occur
Your Responsibilities
- Perform safe and efficient deliveries with the tanker truck to customers and between facilities
- Loading and unloading of liquid goods, as well as securing and checking filling and dispensing equipment
- Follow transport plans, timetables, and current safety regulations, and report any deviations
- Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections and report faults or deficiencies
- Ensure correct documentation and handling of waybills, weight, and leak tests as needed
- Maintain good customer contact and represent Spendrups professionally
We are looking for someone who
- Has a valid CE driving license and Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
- Has experience with heavy vehicle traffic and preferably previous experience with tanker trucks or handling liquid products
- Has a high level of safety awareness and follows routines meticulously
- Is service-oriented, punctual, and responsible
- Can communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing
- Has good physical fitness for tasks that may involve loading and unloading
