Stora Sköndal's Neurological Rehabilitation Clinic offers active and intensive rehabilitation for patients with stroke, Parkinson's, MS, and other neurological diseases and injuries. The rehabilitation is a team effort where speech therapists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, social workers, psychologists, doctors, nurses, and assistant nurses work together with the patient and their relatives. In addition to inpatient rehabilitation, we receive patients for outpatient neurological day rehabilitation as well as at our speech therapy and physiotherapy clinics.

We are now looking for a rehabilitation assistant for our physiotherapy group. A fantastic opportunity for you who are studying to become a physiotherapist to gain extra depth in neurological rehabilitation! You will mainly meet adult patients in inpatient rehabilitation for group training and some delegated individual treatment. Together with the rest of the team, you ensure that your patients have a well-balanced amount of training with the patient's rehabilitation goals in the rehab plan in sight. The training facilities are equipped with a gym and spaces for group training, as well as several smaller treatment rooms. We also use the nature-friendly location for outdoor training when appropriate. The role also includes practical tasks such as keeping the physiotherapy premises tidy and handling some laundry.

The temporary position runs from week 29 to week 32. Applications and interviews are handled on a rolling basis, and an appointment can be made before the final application date of 2026-04-30.

You are in term 4 or 5 of the physiotherapy program and have an interest in neurology. Experience in leading groups is meritorious. Personal suitability is highly valued.
