At MECA Uppsala, Ultuna, we are looking for you who have the ability to work independently and structured, while thriving in a dynamic environment where precision and quality are always in focus. As a car mechanic with us, you should have a good business sense and understand the importance of putting the customer and service first. The role involves service, repairs, and troubleshooting on passenger cars and light trucks of most makes. With your service-oriented and solution-focused attitude, you see opportunities where others see obstacles.

To be considered for the role, we require that you have:

• Documented relevant education
• Documented experience working as a vehicle mechanic
• Good administrative skills and computer literacy
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills

You are flexible and structured in your work while being responsible and seeing challenges as a natural step in your career. You are socially outgoing, have teamwork skills, and can also work under time pressure. You pick up new instructions easily and have a sense for service. A valid Category B driver's license is a requirement.

This is a full-time position. We apply a six-month probation period followed by a permanent contract and individual salary setting. Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis. The position may be filled before the application deadline.
