About us

Aleris Orthopedics Nacka is a modern and well-functioning facility consisting of an outpatient clinic, operating rooms, and a hospital ward. Together, we are approximately 80 engaged employees who work every day to provide our patients with the best possible care.

We specialize in orthopedic procedures for the hip, knee, spine, shoulder, and hand, working on behalf of Region Stockholm in both day surgery and inpatient care.

We are part of the Aleris Orthopedics and Surgery business area, which, in addition to Nacka, is also located in Stockholm, Täby, Uppsala, Ängelholm, Malmö, and Halmstad. We have specialists in a wide range of orthopedic areas and assist with examination, diagnosis, and treatment. We are the single largest actor in spine surgery in Sweden.

The Role

We are now looking for a nursing assistant for our clinic – a central and important role where you become one of our first points of contact for patients.

With us, you will have a varied workday where you:

• Staff the reception and welcome our patients
• Handle incoming calls and provide telephone service
• Work with referral management and waiting lists
• Communicate with our patients via 1177
• Assist our nurses with post-operative wound dressings
• Contribute to a smooth and professional patient flow

About You

We are looking for someone who is a qualified nursing assistant and who thrives in a service-oriented role with many points of contact.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in clinic work (required)
• Experience in orthopedics (merit)
• Previous work in reception (merit)

As a person, you are:

• Service-oriented and professional in your approach
• Flexible and responsible
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Committed to giving every patient that little extra

You understand the importance of a good first impression and enjoy working with people.

Employment Conditions
Employment type: Temporary position for the period 2026-09-01 – 2027-08-14

• Extent: Full-time
• Working hours: Monday–Thursday: 07:30–16:30, Friday: 07:30–14:00
• Start date: By agreement
• Salary: Individual salary setting
• Collective agreement: Yes
