About the Role

We are currently seeking a flexible and experienced forklift driver, specifically with counterbalance forklift experience, for one of our clients in the food industry in Eslöv.

This is an on-demand assignment with opportunities for extra shifts due to sickness, urgent needs, call-offs, or vacation coverage. Working hours are 07:00–16:00. This is a perfect role for someone looking for a varied and responsible job within logistics and material handling.

You will work in a safe and secure environment where collaboration, quality, and pace go hand in hand.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading pallets (1–2.5 tons)
• Operating large counterbalance forklifts
• Picking full pallets based on order lists

Profile & Background

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a valid forklift license (Class A & B)
• Has previous experience operating counterbalance forklifts – this is a requirement
• Is confident handling heavy pallets and working independently
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
• Has a Class B driver's license (required)
• Is available to work with short notice when needed

Previous experience in food warehouses or other industrial operations involving heavy forklift handling is an asset.
