About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager within civil engineering and earthworks who wants to help drive our projects forward. This role is suitable for both experienced professionals and those at the beginning of their career who have the right attitude and understanding of the industry.

Responsibilities

• Plan and follow up on civil engineering and earthworks projects
• Support project management and gradually take on greater responsibility
• Coordinate personnel, machinery, and subcontractors
• Participate in communication with clients and suppliers
• Ensure quality, working environment, and schedule adherence

Requirements

• Have some experience or education in civil engineering, construction, or similar fields
• Understand how production works on-site
• Are flexible, collaborative, and solution-oriented
• Wish to develop and take responsibility over time
• Have a strong work ethic and drive
• Hold a valid Class B driver's license

Merits

• Experience in contracting (even as a skilled worker or site supervisor)
• Basic knowledge of AMA or construction law
• Experience reading blueprints
