Process Operators for the Grain Facility in Köping

At Lantmännen, agriculture is the heart of our group and forms our core business. With agriculture as our foundation, we have been able to build the broad business that the group consists of today. Lantmännen has a completely unique value chain where we take responsibility from farm to fork every day. In Köping, there is a facility for grain handling. We are now looking for a process operator who wants to work with us during the harvest season (weeks 31–39). The work is performed in a 2-shift system.

Here is what you will do
As a process operator in production, you have a varied job. Your tasks will consist of handling grain, which means working in the silo operations with production, material flow, as well as improvement and hygiene work.

The work involves a lot of contact, both internal and with our customers. Grain handling is food-grade classified, and there are therefore high requirements to maintain quality in accordance with applicable regulations. The work includes both independent work and teamwork.

Here is what you need to succeed and thrive

You have:

• Completed upper secondary school (high school).
• Preferably experience of process work within production.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work in digital environments.
• Ability to quickly read and understand instructions.

You are:

• Action-oriented and proactive.
• Aware of quality and thoroughness.
• Communicative and willing to collaborate.
• Independent with a good ability to plan your workday.
• Fluent in the Swedish language.
