As a forklift driver on night shifts during the summer period, you will become an integral part of the terminal's operations. You will work in a fast-paced night environment where accuracy, punctuality, and safe handling of goods are crucial. This role suits someone who is positive, experienced in forklift driving in warehouse or terminal environments, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team during night hours.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive and handle goods using various types of forklifts in the terminal and warehouse, including stackers and counterbalance forklifts.
• Receive, sort, and place goods according to given instructions and systems.
• Picking and storage with a focus on efficiency and minimized error margins.
• Load and unload vehicles and prepare shipments for further transport.
• Check quantities, labeling, and damage, and report discrepancies in the system.
• Follow safety routines, internal processes, and keep the terminal area organized.
• Contribute to achieving the night's schedules and KPIs through careful and efficient work.

Your Profile

• Valid forklift license and documented experience in forklift driving in warehouses or terminals.
• Accustomed to working at night and able to follow schedules for night shifts during the summer.
• Meticulous, punctual, and used to working at a high pace without compromising safety.
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Adheres to safety regulations and has a proactive approach to preventing accidents and mishandling.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with colleagues to solve practical challenges.
