About the role

In this role, you will work with both consulting and sales, helping customers understand their needs and recommending the right treatments. You are responsible for the entire customer journey, from the first contact to follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Consulting and sales of aesthetic treatments
• Conducting needs analyses and creating individual treatment plans
• Actively following up on leads and customer inquiries
• Booking and coordinating consultations
• Working towards clear sales targets
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships

Requirements

• Sales experience (required)
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Strong communication skills and a consultative working style
• Results-oriented and self-driven
