We are seeking an experienced trainer in LARP pedagogy for a project focused on inspiring educators and providing them with practical tools.
About the assignment
You will conduct a training day for staff within leisure activities, focusing on how LARP (Live Action Role-Playing) and role-playing games can be used as pedagogical tools in everyday practice.
The session consists of two parts on the same day, where you will meet different groups of participants.
Content
We would like the training to combine:
- An introduction to LARP pedagogy as a method
- Practical exercises where participants can try it out themselves
- Concrete examples that can be used directly in their operations
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience in training within LARP pedagogy
- Is confident in leading groups and creating engagement
- Can make the content simple, relevant, and useful
Practical details
The assignment will be carried out on-site for a full day in the autumn. You are responsible for the structure and content yourself.
