Our client is one of Sweden's leading home furnishing chains and one of the largest players in the Nordic textile market. Currently in an expansion phase, they are strengthening their distribution center in Viared, Borås. We are therefore seeking a Team Leader for a permanent evening shift to help build the warehouse operations of the future.

Note: This is an interim position starting September 1st, extending until the end of the year. The recruitment process is prioritized and must be completed before summer.

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will hold a key position in driving an efficient, reliable, and high-performing logistics organization. You will lead and develop your team, ensure high quality in deliveries, and actively contribute to operational improvements.

Working Hours (Permanent Evening Shift):

• Sunday: 17:00–23:30

• Monday–Thursday: 14:30–23:45

Introduction: You will work daytime hours during the first week(s) to ensure a strong start in the role and the business.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Ensure fast and reliable deliveries from warehouse to store and customer

• Develop and optimize warehouse operations and drive improvement initiatives

• Monitor and analyze relevant KPIs with a focus on productivity

• Manage personnel, staffing, and planning within your area

• Be a role model in leadership and contribute to a safe, motivating, and healthy work environment

Who Are You?

We are looking for a natural leader with experience in personnel management within warehouse or logistics operations. You are solution-oriented, self-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. With courage and drive, you motivate your team and deliver results.

We prefer that you have:

• Experience in a leadership role within warehousing, preferably in retail

• Good understanding of operations and staffing planning

• Meritorious: Experience with AutoStore and certification as an AutoStore Superuser

• Ability to work structured and prioritize effectively

• A humble attitude with the ability to engage and develop employees

Traveling Consultant:

You will be employed by DFDS Professionals but work on-site at our clients' premises. Being a traveling consultant means being employed by DFDS Professionals to perform work at client companies, where the workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed service area. Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
