We are currently looking for a Nurse Assistant for night shifts at Villa Kristineberg in Vallentuna, approximately 64%. We offer training and several benefits.

About Villa Kristineberg

The facility has 60 apartments distributed over three floors for the elderly, with a focus on dementia and somatic care. Each ward has a communal kitchen and pleasant spaces for socializing and meals.

• We have a collaboration with the company Ung Omsorg. This means that a team of young people aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to add a golden touch to the lives of our residents.

• You have a team leader who spends most of their time working closely with you in the facility. Becoming a team leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a nurse assistant.

• We work with animals in care and have regular visits from therapy dogs.

As a Nurse Assistant, you are incredibly important!

Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see every individual and interpret their needs. At the same time, you learn a lot about nursing, aging, and how to treat people.

You stand closest to the resident and thus play a key role in the team with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Your experience and knowledge

We prefer that you are a trained nurse assistant and have worked for a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing.
