Apoteket Linnean is an established mid-sized pharmacy located in Skogås Centrum, with access to all its conveniences. Here, we take the time to meet every customer with care and the highest competence. We are a team of 6 employees who value collaboration and customer focus. A pharmacy where quality in every customer interaction is our primary goal. Located in an indoor center, making us a natural part of our customers' daily lives.

Apoteket Linnean is also part of a pharmacy group together with Apoteket Sparvugglan in Brandbergen, a smaller pharmacy with 3 employees. Sparvugglan is, like Linnean, located in an indoor center where proximity and personal service are equally important.

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you are responsible for counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and you take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

• Work actively in your customer interactions to create added value through counseling and cross-selling.

• Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences.

• Stay updated on our campaigns and contribute to our success in them.

• Stay updated and informed about new product ranges for the best customer care.

• Contribute with ideas and initiatives to develop our operations into a pharmacy that becomes an obvious choice for our customers.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy manager, with a clear interest in people, health, and medicines.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer interactions and have experience working with advisory sales.

• You are solution-oriented, meaning you both see and act on challenges that arise.

• You have good teamwork skills where you contribute to creating a well-functioning team.

• You keep yourself updated on external changes related to pharmacy and drug issues.

• You have experience working with thoughtful up-selling from a service perspective.
