We are currently looking for a Service Manager for our Kia facility in Avesta – a key role for anyone who wants to take responsibility, drive development, and create top-class service together with their team.

About the Role

As Service Manager with us, you will hold a central and significant position in our operations. You are responsible for leading, planning, and developing the workshop's work, with a focus on customer satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability.

You will work closely with your team on a daily basis, creating the conditions for a well-functioning workshop where quality and service are always at the center.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and allocate work within the workshop
• Oversee customer care and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Monitor budget, results, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure efficient planning and optimal workshop scheduling
• Drive development and improvement initiatives within the business
• Collaborate with the sales department, suppliers, and other functions

You have overall responsibility for the after-sales business at the facility and actively work to develop both the team and the business forward. The role involves daily contact with customers, making you a key figure in the Björkmans Bil experience.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a technical background in workshops or vehicles, and who has experience in leading others.

You are confident in your leadership role and have the ability to create structure, engagement, and clarity within the team.

We expect you to:

• Have experience from the automotive industry or similar operations
• Have previous leadership experience
• Have a good understanding of finance and follow-up
• Be structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented
• Be attentive and have an easy way of building relationships
• Thrive in a high-tempo role with many points of contact

You also have good computer skills and experience with business systems (preferably Kobra). A B-class driver's license is a requirement.
