At WeStaff Sweden, we are seeking machine operators for an international technology company. The company engages in advanced production of precision components and technical systems used by customers worldwide across various industries.

Here, you will work in a modern production environment where technology, accuracy, and quality are the focus. This role is ideal for someone who is technically interested and thrives in an environment where precision and structure are key parts of daily work.

The Role

As a machine operator, you will become an integral part of the production of technical precision components. The work involves handling machines, fine-tuning details, as well as inspection and measurement to ensure products maintain high quality. You will work in a structured production environment where collaboration, accuracy, and responsibility are central to the work.

Working Hours: Full-time. Initially, day shifts Monday–Friday during the training period. In the long term, night shifts Monday–Thursday may become relevant. Start: Immediate, subject to agreement. Location: Northern Stockholm.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate production machines
  • Monitor and adjust machine processes as needed
  • Measure and inspect components according to quality requirements
  • Document and follow up on production results
  • Participate in improvement work regarding processes and working methods
  • Collaborate with colleagues within production and engineering

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, technically interested, and enjoys structured work. You are responsible, have an eye for detail, and are motivated to deliver high quality in your work. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.

We prefer that you have:

  • Experience as a machine operator or assembler within the manufacturing industry
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical instructions
  • Experience with quality control or measurement in production
  • Interest in technology and production processes

Advantageous/Extra plus if you have:

  • Experience with CNC-controlled machines
  • Experience from precision or fine mechanical production
  • Experience working in a technically advanced production environment
  • Technical education or equivalent work experience
