We are currently seeking a Care Assistant with experience in dementia care at Silverpark in Täby. We offer training and several benefits. Please apply by 2026-04-30.

The position is a permanent employment at 75% with a 6-month probation period.

Working hours are distributed between day and evening shifts, including working 2 weekends out of 5.

Your experience and knowledge
We prefer that you are a qualified Care Assistant and have worked for a few years within elderly care.

• You hold a certificate of protected professional title as a Care Assistant from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen).

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written).

• Good computer skills, computer literacy, and experience with documentation.

• Skilled in planning and following clear routines.

• We wish that you, as an applicant: have experience in dementia care and preferably experience with BPSD; are attracted to varied work requiring extensive knowledge of care and welfare, as well as enjoying meeting people in various situations; are a creative person who dares to think independently and take responsibility; enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues.

Your task is to provide quality of life. You see every individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. Thanks to you, those living with us can maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about nursing, service, and aging.

As a Care Assistant, you play a key role in a team with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists working closely together.

About Silverpark
Silverpark is centrally located in Täby with easy access to local transport. Here, we provide support and nursing care to those suffering from dementia or having nursing needs. The operation is run by Vardaga in-house and has space for 62 clients: 18 places for persons with somatic illness, 36 places for persons with dementia (including a short-term ward), and a profile ward with a psychogeriatric focus with 8 places.

We are looking for a qualified Care Assistant with specialized training in dementia or extensive experience in nursing care for dementia. Good computer literacy and experience with documentation are also advantageous.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important factor. If you have the right qualities, we will give you support and the opportunity to grow.
