About the Operation

Within Basal Home Care, we usually work on behalf of health centers or general practitioner clinics when they are closed – evenings, nights, and weekends. Our teams operate from five geographical locations in Stockholm County. Aleris Basal Home Care is part of Aleris Primary Care, which also includes ASIH, two specialized palliative care units, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Närakut.

About the Role

As a nursing assistant with us, you work on delegation from a registered nurse. Tasks may include:

• Medication administration

• Insulin

• Tube feeding management

• Stoma care

• Inhalation therapy

• Minor wound care

Documentation is done in the journal system TakeCare and shifts are planned in Epsilon. You always have the support of an administrative team that helps structure and plan the work, creating good conditions for both quality and working environment.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who are an educated nursing assistant with a protected professional title from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare. You have experience with delegated tasks, good computer skills, and command Swedish well in speech and writing. A Class B driver's license is a requirement (Innerstaden is the only unit that can accept applicants without a driver's license).

It is an asset if you have previous experience in home care and have worked in TakeCare and Epsilon. As a person, you are independent, structured, and confident in handling changing situations, even at a high pace. You always keep the patient in focus and contribute to good teamwork.
