About us

Within Basal Home Care, we usually work on behalf of health centers or general practitioner clinics when they are closed – evenings, nights, and weekends. Our teams operate from five geographical locations in Stockholm County. Aleris Basal Home Care is part of Aleris Primary Care, which also includes ASIH, two specialized palliative care units, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Närakut.

The Role

In the role of a nursing assistant, you are delegated tasks by a registered nurse, and your duties include, among other things, medication administration, insulin, catheters, stomas, inhalation, and minor wound care. We document in the TakeCare patient record system and use Epsilon as a work tool to plan shifts. At our facility, you always have an administrative team to help plan and structure the work. Together, we work to create safe and high-quality care for our patients.

We operate from the office at Sabbatsberg Hospital at Odenplan, and patients are located within a defined geographical area. At the city center unit, we have both walking and driving routes. This means you get around in our environmentally classified cars or on foot.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is an educated nursing assistant and holds a protected professional title from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare

• Has previous experience with delegated tasks

• Has good computer skills and experience with the Take Care patient record system

• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

• Class B driver's license

It is also highly meritorious if you have previously worked in home care. We see that you are independent and responsible with a good ability to handle changing situations with calm and focus. At the same time, you work in a structured and methodical way, even at a high pace. For us, it is also important that you keep the patient in focus.
