About Us

Within Basal Home Care, we typically work on behalf of health centers or general practitioner clinics when they are closed – evenings, nights, and weekends. Our teams operate from five geographical locations in Stockholm County. Aleris Basal Home Care is part of Aleris Primary Care, which also includes ASIH, two specialized palliative care units, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Närakut.

The Role

In the role of a nursing assistant, you will be delegated tasks by a registered nurse. Your duties include, among others, medication administration, insulin, catheter care, stoma care, inhalation, and minor wound care. We document in the TakeCare journal system and use Epsilon as a work tool to plan shifts. At our organization, you always have an administrative team to help plan and structure the work. Together, we strive to create safe and high-quality care for our patients.

You will be based at our office at Anderstorpsvägen 10 in Huvudsta. Patients are located within a defined geographical area. To travel between patient visits, you will use our environmentally classified cars. Our working hours are scheduled for evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is an educated nursing assistant and holds a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen)

• Has previous experience with delegated tasks

• Has good computer skills and experience with the Take Care journal system

• Holds a Class B driver's license

• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing

It is also highly meritorious if you have previously worked in home care. We see that you are independent and responsible, with a good ability to handle changing situations with calm and focus. At the same time, you work in a structured and methodical manner, even at a high pace. For us, it is also important that you keep the patient in focus.
