We are now looking for a colleague at Coop Bäckefors to take on the role of Customer Flow Manager. We seek someone with a genuine interest in food, strong drive, and a willingness to take the chance to experience what it is like to take major responsibility for running a store. You will have excellent support from the Store Manager based at Coop Ed.

Coop Bäckefors is currently run by 6 employees. We are open from 8-20 Monday to Saturday and 10-20 on Sundays. In addition to a great store, we also offer services such as Pharmacy Agent, Schenker, DHL, and parcel pickup.

As Customer Flow Manager in Bäckefors, you will take major responsibility for the store's daily operations across all areas. You will have regular check-ins with Store Manager Cecilia Edvardsson, who currently manages two stores: Coop Ed and Coop Bäckefors.

Your tasks include creating the best customer experience in the store with food joy and inspiration. With strong business acumen, you will deliver results based on the store's goals and key figures within your area of responsibility.

To succeed in your role;

• You are a skilled communicator who leads, coaches, engages, and inspires your colleagues
• You are structured and goal-oriented
• You have previous experience in a leading position within the retail sector
• You have worked with Safe Food and quality work within the store
• You have worked in various fresh food areas in a store
• You thrive best when you are "on the go" and have a lot to do
• You need to be flexible and able to take on all tasks in a convenience store of this size

The position is a temporary contract for a little over a year, starting in June 2026. The scope is part-time, 37h/week. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the final application date. Working hours will vary and occur mostly during the day, but one evening per week and one weekend per month are also included in the planning from the start.

Education;

• High school education is a requirement
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent work experience is an asset

Experience/Special Competence;

• The position requires broad experience and competence from the grocery trade
• The position requires documented experience of leading employees
• The position requires documented good results in operations with own profit responsibility
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, spoken and written, is a requirement
• Documented leadership experience from the grocery trade is an asset
