What does the job as a childminder at Norlandia Preschools Skogsbacken entail?

At Norlandia Preschools, we focus on contributing to a sustainable world. As a childminder, you will be a driving force in working with sustainability issues through our concepts, which are part of the curriculum. For us, daily physical activity is a must for both the children and you as an adult, where you actively participate in and drive "Norlandiaskuttet" (Norlandia's movement concept) together with your colleagues. Meal pedagogy, organic, and certified food are a given at our preschools.

You should have a positive attitude towards children, parents, and colleagues, characterized by the belief that everyone wants and can succeed. Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a big heart and a desire to make a difference in children's lives. We appreciate candidates who find it easy to collaborate with others and have the ability to be flexible and attentive to adapting to the children's needs.

Qualifications:

• We prefer candidates with completed or ongoing education as a childminder.
• Previous experience working in a preschool is a strong merit.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.
• You have good knowledge of the curriculum content and feel you can contribute to operational development together with colleagues in a collegial learning environment.
• You have good knowledge of Office365.

About Skogsbacken Preschool

We apply individual salary setting and have collective agreements. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

Before a potential employment, you must be able to present an extract from the criminal register. You also need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden, by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EEA or a valid work permit.
