About the role
You are the hub of the residents' health and medical care initiatives, working to ensure quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed.
Collaboration and support
You will be part of a team including care staff, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.
You will work closely with the facility's group managers who are responsible for the care staff.
Getting to know the residents
Understanding the residents' wishes and noticing small changes in their health and medical condition is often crucial for correct assessments and decisions.
Clear routines
To create security and clarity for you as a nurse, there is extensive support in the form of practical and easy-to-apply routines, guidelines, and checklists. Our quality management system is called Qualimax and is industry-leading.
As a new nurse with us, you will participate in our digital introduction program.
