About the Role

On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking an Order Administrator to ensure that customers receive a smooth and professional experience from initial contact to delivery.

As an Order Administrator, you will build and maintain customer relationships via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register and manage customer orders in Business Central and order portals.
• Maintain the customer registry in Business Central.
• Handle and follow up on outstanding orders.
• Ensure accurate order information and documentation.
• Maintain ongoing customer contact regarding order status, delivery inquiries, and shipment tracking.
• Handle complaints and discrepancies.
• Contribute to improvements in routines and processes within the order flow.
• Handle other customer service matters.

Profile & Background:

We are looking for someone who is structured, communicative, and enjoys juggling multiple tasks. You should be unpretentious, service-oriented, and maintain a positive attitude even when the pace is high.

You should have previous work experience in administration and customer service.

Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems (merit: Business Central).

Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

The Position

This is a permanent position (100%) based in Kristianstad. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:00, including a 30-minute lunch break. We prefer candidates who can start as soon as possible.
