Job Responsibilities for Auto Body Technician

• Repair and replace body and sheet metal components on passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.
• Perform dent removal, spot and arc welding, and assembly of sheet metal parts.
• Use the workshop's machinery, hand tools, and measuring equipment for damage repair and alignment.
• Mechanical knowledge is an asset.
• Collaborate with colleagues in damage inspection, painting, and customer reception for an efficient workflow.
• Ensure high quality in performed work and follow the workshop's routines and safety regulations.
• Document performed work and time in our digital systems, Cabas and CAB.
• Participate in improvement work regarding processes, work environment, and customer service.

Qualifications and Who We Are Looking For

• Requirement of several years of experience in auto body work, body shop, or equivalent work in a car workshop.
• Very good knowledge of welding, alignment technology, structural damage, and larger jobs, as well as the use of sheet metal tools.
• Experience working with modern workshop methods and digital documentation is an asset.
• Structured, meticulous, and quality-conscious in performed work.
• Good ability to collaborate and the ability to work independently when required.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Class B driver's license is a requirement.
